Deployment & Timelines

How fast Posh ships, commissions, and scales on-site power.

  • Standard Posh Station BESS cabinets ship and commission inside 60–90 days from purchase order. Flex-Fuel Gensets ship in a 100 kW pilot configuration in a similar window and scale modularly from there. Because the systems are pre-engineered and factory-integrated, there is no multi-year EPC cycle — we run permitting (NFPA 855, UL 9540A, and AHJ packets) in parallel with manufacturing so the critical path is logistics and interconnection paperwork, not construction.

Battery Safety & Standards

Certifications, fire codes, and the compliance work Posh handles.

  • Yes. Posh BESS cabinets are tested to UL 9540A, the standard test method for evaluating thermal runaway fire propagation in battery energy storage systems. UL 9540A data characterizes cell-, module-, unit-, and installation-level fire behavior, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) rely on it to set separation distances, deflagration venting, and suppression requirements. We provide the full UL 9540A test reports as part of every permitting packet.

Flex-Fuel Gensets

Fuel compatibility, emissions, and how gensets pair with storage.

  • Posh Flex-Fuel Gensets run on propane (LPG), natural gas (NG), renewable natural gas (RNG/biogas), and renewable fuel byproducts such as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel byproducts. The fuel flexibility means you can source the cleanest or most available fuel for your site without changing hardware, and switch fuels as supply economics shift.

Tax Credits & Incentives

Federal and state programs Posh deployments can qualify for.

  • Section 45V is the Clean Hydrogen Production Tax Credit, which rewards production of qualified clean hydrogen based on lifecycle carbon intensity. Posh's hydrogen-cycle Flex-Fuel Gensets and clean-hydrogen pathways can be structured to participate where the production and feedstock meet 45V's emissions thresholds. We work with your tax and sustainability teams to document eligibility for each configuration.

  • The Energy Management Cloud exposes REST and Modbus interfaces and integrates with DCIM, SCADA, and BMS platforms. It orchestrates BESS, gensets, on-site solar, and grid imports with sub-second dispatch, optimizing in real time against availability, cost, and carbon targets you define.
